This site is operated by Asta Ventures FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai under DIEZA licence no. 16063, registered office IFZA Properties, DSO-IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2.3Purpose of this site

This site is informational and corporate in nature. It describes Asta Ventures’ investment and technology activities and its portfolio relationships. It is not a lending platform: no loan, credit or financial product application, disbursal or repayment is processed through this site.

2.4No offer of securities, investment advice or credit

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, fund interest or other financial instrument, investment advice, or an offer of credit, in any jurisdiction. References to co-investment or partnership opportunities are provided for general information only; any actual participation would be subject to separate, privately negotiated documentation with eligible counterparties, on a basis compliant with applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.

2.6Portfolio companies are independent

Portfolio companies named on this site, including JiBiLi, are separate entities from Asta Ventures with their own management, brand and (once incorporated and licensed) regulatory status. Asta Ventures does not itself extend credit, hold loan books or accept deposits. Any product or service offered by a portfolio company is governed by that company’s own terms, and — where required — by the licence, supervision and disclosures of its regulated bank or NBFC partner.

2.7Intellectual property

The Asta Ventures name, logo and site content are our property or used under licence. Portfolio company names, brands and marks referenced on this site (including JiBiLi) are the property of those companies and are used with their permission to describe the relationship; nothing here grants any licence to a third party’s marks.

2.8Acceptable use

• Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it;
• Do not scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from this site without our prior written consent;
• Do not use this site to misrepresent your affiliation with Asta Ventures or any portfolio company.

This site may link to third-party sites (for example, social media profiles). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

2.10No warranty; limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asta Ventures excludes liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.

2.11Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
